The one thing boxing has over just plain fitness training in our opinion is FUN! if your plan is to get a little fitter and keep consistency with your training it has to be interesting and fun. We’re a very grounded crew over here at Hatton Boxing & Fitness and we’re pretty sure we get that mix of knowledge and fun just right to help you hit your goals but at the same time make it equally as enjoyable but with that solid work ethic.

Sports and gym sessions are a great way of meeting like minded people who are either looking to hit similar goals or just enjoy the comradery of participating in team and group fitness activities. Our classes give you a great opportunity to experience real community spirit and and support not only from our expert trainers but from our valued regulars also.
